The Ceres: precision-built for players who live on the upper frets, and who demand unmatched playability.

The Ceres is Infinia's flagship single-cutaway design, developed in collaboration with designer Daria Padalka as a continuation of her original shape for the now-retired Padalka CS Guitars. It's built for players who want a traditional headstocked silhouette without sacrificing the ergonomics, weight control, and modern playability of a boutique performance instrument.

Body The Ceres body is chambered ash, chosen for its resonance and reduced overall weight, topped with a flame or quilted maple cap (grade and figuring vary by finish). Natural binding frames the top, and the body finish combines a gloss top with a matte back for a fast, non-sticky feel against the player's body during long sets.

Neck & fretboard A nine-piece bolt-on neck built from maple, mahogany, and black maple gives the Ceres exceptional stability and a fast, articulate response — the multi-piece lamination is designed to resist the twisting and shifting that can affect single-piece necks over time. It's carved in Infinia's Custom C-Shape profile with a 19–20mm depth.

The fretboard is black Richlite, fretted with 24 medium-jumbo stainless steel frets on a 20" radius — flat enough for comfortable bends and shred-friendly upper-fret access, without feeling unnatural for chord work. Side dots and inlays use 2mm Luminlay blue markers that glow after light exposure, useful on dark stages. Nut is a 44mm Black Tusq.

Electronics & hardware Standard-spec Ceres guitars ship with Infinia's own Icarus (bridge) and Nautilus (neck) pickups — a versatile pairing that runs from tight, modern high-gain tones to clear, articulate cleans. A Modern electronics option swaps in Infinia's Avalon (neck) and Exelion (bridge) set for players who want a different tonal voicing.

Controls are kept deliberately simple: a 3-way blade switch, a volume control with push/pull coil-split, and a dedicated tone control — enough flexibility to split down to single-coil textures without a cluttered control layout.

Hardware is finished in black throughout, including a Hipshot-style fixed bridge and Infinia locking tuners for tuning stability.
